Getting Back to Normal

The last few weeks have been really busy with a new puppy in the house and work being really busy as well. This means that I haven’t really had much time or energy to concentrate on myself, this means that I have not been doing much exercise and I have also not been eating as well as I know I should.

This means that I am feeling as though I am not as fit as I was as well as feeling as though I have gained back a bit of the weight that I have lost (although I have not had the nerve to check this yet).

However, things are slowly starting to get back towards a state of normality. This means that I will be able to start taking a bit more time to do things like writing, eating better and exercising.

My plan is to weight myself and take some measurements on Monday of next week so that I can see where I stand and start to eat better and move more from there. Now that we can take the puppy for walks I am hoping that this will help.
