Last week was a hard week for me, I had a lot of things going on in my life which made it difficult for me to keep to a healthy diet and to get any exercise in.
However, despite this I have still managed to keep to the plan and stick to a healthy diet. I haven’t felt up to starting running again yet because my sleep pattern hasn’t been very good so getting up at 5am has not really been possible but I am getting there and I should be back at it again soon.
I have managed to lose 1.2 lbs last week. This is not quite what I had hoped for at the start of the week but it is still good considering the challenges that I have faced this week so I am happy with this progress.
This week I am going to be aiming for 1.6 lbs of weight loss
