Today is the last day of my week off so I decided to make use of the time by going for a long walk.
I went for a really relaxing and walk in the countryside for about two hours. It was good exercise but it was also good for me to get some time to relax before having to go back to work tomorrow.
I am still eating healthy and trying to lose weight. Part of this is easier when I am in the office because of being more active through the day. However it is more difficult in some other ways, there is a lore more temptation around because there are so many places around that I can buy extra food on a lunchtime.
I will just have to stay strong and try my best to keep on track for the rest of the week.
