This week was my birthday week and I have to admit that it hasn’t been the best week for me in terms of diet (and I don’t think that next week will be either).
I did quite well in terms of snacks for most of the week but by the time that it got towards the end of the week there were a couple of days where I was over indulging with my snacks. I also had a few days where I had a few glasses of wine. I don’t think that my diet this weeks has been the worst but it still hasn’t been great.
I still managed to get out and do my runs this week. The weather was not great this week but I didn’t let that stop me and I managed to do 4 runs this week with my longer runs during the week day runs.
In summery I think this week has gone reasonably well considering that it is my birthday week. I think that the next week is going to be quite similar to this week in terms of food but after this I will try and get back to eating healthy.
